Shipping policy

All orders ship within 1-4 business days from the date of payment, whether they are shipped directly by us or by one of our fulfillment companies. All efforts will be made to send all purchased merchandise in the same package. However. We reserve the right to use partial shipments based on inventory.

Individual shipping fees will apply within the U.S. based on weight

Most packages will ship via USPS (occasionally UPS). Delivery confirmation will be available.

The Right Size LLC currently ships within the United States only.

It is the responsibility of the customer to assure the shipping address is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the incorrect shipping address.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact The Right Size LLC as soon as possible. We will assist you in reviewing tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue. Each situation will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable laws.

If you plan on traveling, and have an expected shipment, please make arrangements accordingly.
